Material to be presented: presentation of 5 slides + poster

PRESENTATION

The content of the presentation can be organized in the following way:

• Slide 1: title, authors with their affiliation, and number of the abstract  
• Slide 2: aims, material and methods
• Slide 3-4: main results (as a table or figure)
• Slide 5: conclusions and implications of results

The Conference Organization has prepared a template in Power Point format so that you can create your poster based on these NON-MANDATORY templates.

ATTENTION: The presentation should be sent by email to the technical secretariat until September the 4^th or brought straight to the congress venue 2 hours before the activity.

POSTER

The poster in its physical format has dimensions 110 cm. high x 90 cm. wide, due to the panel poster size to which the poster should be adapted. The poster will be hanged with stick material so it should be preferably printed on paper. The material to hang it will be provided by the technical secretariat.  

The Conference Organization has prepared a template in Power Point format so that you can create your poster based on these NON-MANDATORY templates.

We remind you that the poster must have the same contents referred to in the summary and the structure that appears in the regulations.

However, it is allowed to vary the composition of the template as well as the inclusion of graphics, figures, images, etc.

ATTENTION: Participants should bring their printed posters to the event venue during the open hours of the technical secretary:

• Monday 18th September: from 08.00 till 13.00h and from 14.00 till 18.00h
• Tuesday 19th September: from 14.00 till 18.30h
• Wednesday 20th September: from 9.00 till 13.00
